• More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund (minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable).
• 15 to 30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued.

Please note that some tours or services may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Osiana Cappadocia Travel: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings), we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
• Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Changes to Bookings

• If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change the tour date or service), please contact us at least 7 days before the tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
• Changes made less than 7 days before the tour date may incur additional fees.

• If you fail to show up for your booked tour or service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
